The Beginning of A-Sei
A-Sei was founded by an experienced research and development team with over 20 years of expertise in disinfectant and cleaning systems across various industries. Our journey began with specialized knowledge in infection control and professional cleaning solutions, including wastewater treatment systems for hospitals, leading private hospitals, and hotels throughout Thailand.

By offering products designed to meet diverse needs, including Hospital-Grade Disinfectant & Cleaning Products, A-Sei carefully selects high-quality ingredients in accordance with international standards. These products are specifically designed for use with infectious linens and operating room (OR) linens, supporting hygiene practices in line with Hospital Accreditation (HA) and Joint Commission International (JCI) standards for over 20 years. We have also developed professional cleaning and disinfection solutions for leading hotels, supporting health and safety standards in the tourism industry under the Amazing Thailand Safety & Health Administration (SHA Plus) program.
The name A-Sei (えいせい) comes from the Japanese word meaning “hygiene.” Inspired by Japan’s culture of cleanliness, as well as the care and attention traditionally given to the home and family, these values have become an important source of inspiration behind the A-Sei brand.

Because Cleaning ≠ Disinfection
Many people assume that when there are no visible stains or dirt, a surface is both clean and safe. In reality, cleanliness and safety are two different things. Cleanliness generally refers to the absence of visible dirt, stains, and mess—something we can easily see and recognize. Safety, however, involves protection from harmful germs, such as bacteria and fungi, which cannot be seen with the eye. Therefore, something that looks clean may not necessarily be free from harmful germs.
The concern is that when we refer to both concepts simply as “cleanliness,” we may overlook another important aspect—“safety.” A visibly clean environment does not always mean that potential hygiene risks have been addressed.
Although many people understand that cleaning is not the same as disinfection, conventional methods often require two separate steps: first removing visible dirt and stains, followed by disinfection. This can make keeping the home both clean and hygienic more time-consuming.
Illnesses caused by harmful germs can have a significant impact on health and well-being. This has shaped our belief in prevention rather than correction, because prevention can offer greater reassurance in everyday life. This philosophy inspired us to develop products around two key priorities: 1) enhancing the efficiency of cleaning and disinfection, and 2) reducing the time required for cleaning and disinfection.
A-Sei Disinfectant & Cleaning Solutions are available in three formulas designed for different areas of the home: 1) Multi-Surface, 2) Kitchen, and 3) Bathroom. The products have been tested for 99.9% effectiveness against bacteria and fungi by the Food and Biological Safety Assessment Laboratory, Biological Analysis Unit, Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University. They are also described as non-toxic and have undergone allergy and irritation testing (Non-Irritation Tested) by DRC (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
Designed for today’s fast-paced lifestyle, A-Sei combines cleaning and disinfection in one convenient formula—our 2-in-1 Double Solution—allowing you to clean and disinfect in a single step (1-Step Cleaner).
We care about the well-being of every member of the family, including those with sensitive skin, young children, older adults, patients, and even pets. A-Sei Disinfectant & Cleaning Solutions are formulated with our Organic Signature Blend, developed in line with Japanese standards, with a focus on effective cleaning, safety, gentleness, and leaving no unwanted residue after use.
Our Refill products contain concentrated formulas that can be mixed with water at home (Make It Yours), eliminating the need to carry unnecessary water weight. This approach helps reduce the use of energy and resources. Carefully developed by our specialists, the refill formulas are designed for use with different types of water across regions, making it easier to reduce resource consumption while offering greater convenience and flexibility for different household lifestyles and generations.

We care about our packaging just as much as the quality of our products. Our packaging is thoughtfully designed around the 3R principles—Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle—to support environmental sustainability and contribute to a better way of living for everyone.
- Our reusable packaging (Reuse) is designed to be reused more than 30 times without the need for replacement. This helps maximize the value of resources, reduce household expenses, and contribute to reducing plastic waste.
- We select durable, high-quality packaging designed for repeated use. Our spray heads, imported from Europe, are designed to deliver more than 10,000 sprays and can be adjusted between two application modes—mist and foam—for greater versatility and efficient product use.
- Our Concentrated Refill system is designed to reduce the energy and resources associated with transportation throughout the product lifecycle—from production and packaging to distribution and continued reuse.
- Our Refill products help reduce plastic use by up to 80%, while reducing resource consumption and accumulated waste. The packaging can also be recycled.
